Right now there are about 3000 viewers on the USATF feed. Yesterday the most I saw was about 2400. Most likely the majority of the viewers are the same. This is the state of T&F in US - the national championships attract about 3000 die hard fans nationwide. And I bet 25% of those visit lets run. I'll watch anyway, but this is really sad.
Is the original feed going to keep going?
I don't care how many are watching, as long as it works.

They aren't showing the 1500 semis on tv.

I don't think it's stupid - I'm glad to have the data - but certainly I agree that it is embarrassing. Nat'l championship, free stream, w/ announcers not just the stadium PA, yet this is the best we can do? Argh. If anyone ever asks "why doesn't NBC support T&F better?" your answer is right here.
