Wow, at last, after reading five pages of bilge, I finally encounter someone actually mentioning the purpose and raison etre of sex and marriage. That purpose is procreation and the survival of the species, with an orientation toward long term goals, embodied in children. A culture that forgets this vital principle is likely to fail to reproduce itself.

Men cannot give birth. Women demonstrably cannot in general raise boys. We have amply tested this proposition in single parent black families in the inner city, as now some 70 percent of black children are raised without fathers. As I have predicted since 1970, the result of this successful assault on marriage and family is a welfare state to take care of the women and children (costing the taxpayer some $900B) and a police state to care for the boys (with roughly one third of all black young men in America under 35 in jail, on probation or the lam).

The principle of monogamous marriage is essential to civilization. Anyone can be "gay"--check out any prison. Experts now affirm the widespread existence of "bisexuality" (essentially all women are demonstrably bi-sexual and history shows men are too). It is clear that homosexuality is not a fixed condition like race and analogies to race are unsupportable. But these arrangements do not provide stable homes for children.

The cause of homosexuality is polygyny: powerful or sexual prepotent men taking the nubile years of several women, whether in harems or in serial marriages. It is the default mode of society when it breaks down.

Gays don't rule the society. Powerful men do. They prefer the welfare state and police state solutions to restricting their own sexual opportunities. The result is a breakdown of civilization, epitomized by a supreme court full of powerful men and lesbians ruling in favor of gay marriage.

Paul 2:13? How cunning of you, to make up your own verse, and then to make it appear as if you were quoting from the Bible. There is NO such Scripture in the entire Bible!

People get married for all sorts of reasons, not just procreation. Gays getting married is not going to stop the rest of us heteros from humping our brains out and producing children. In fact, gays still reproduce with surrogates, and they adopt. Gays getting married will not affect my hetero marriage one iota. "Do unto others..." I wish for them the same freedom and rights I have. My Lord instructs me to follow the Golden Rule and not to be a hypocritical tyrant who denies the minority rights and freedoms I have myself. For if the situation was reversed, I wouldn't want it done to me. The Golden Rule.
