On another note the NCAA just gave us another predictive toy on their website that also ranks teams and individuals. Basis, however, is only current '25 results.
The TiC is a very informative metric, like the batting average in baseball. Nonetheless, like the batting average, it needs to be placed in context (consistency, trend, etc.) to get the complete story.
