Malone has just won Nationals, both men and women sweeping the meet. Is this a team to look out for next cross country season???
GMAC now has more XC national titles than the entire central region in this millennial
Malone. Please just end your season after conference. Please. We can’t watch this.
What’s your mailing addresses? We’ll be sending postcards from nationals while you’re all on your couches.

Claire Rethman is winning it, all bets no brakes
Can’t wait to watch nationals tomorrow on the couch with Connor Thigh

yeah, 1,000 posts over three years, that's basically one post a day. Since you weren't able to do that math, I presume you go to/went to Malone.
Ahhh, I love seeing the Walsh and Malone rivalry
800 - Pumneo
Mile - Ramen
3k - Ramen
5k - Ramen
DMR - Ashland
One of them gets popped for doping
GMAC track and field is officially here and there are a lot of top dogs racing to kick us off. The Tiffin boys will be split between GVSU and BU. Houghton will be the top dog for them at GV with Ramon and Louis at BU. Other big names at GVSU include Phillips from Hillsdale along with Ross Kuhn making his season debut. Slater rounds out the big names racing in Wittenberg I believe. Who do we think is walking out with the top time this weekend??
None of them they’re all frauds
Walsh is so back. Best recruiting class they’ve had in years.
