Finally, you got to the point. There was no due process, so we don't know.

If you believe ICE, they have clearly stated that many people did not have a criminal record, and several were not even in the US illegally. They just believed that they may potentially pose a threat in the future. This is from the ICE own statements.

You are clearly comfortable that suspicion from an ICE officer is sufficient ground for throwing a person in jail indefinitely without any due process, if they happen to have the wrong passport.

The promise was made to deport 11 million illegals. Not sure how many are from Venezuela, but obviously the ICE has a long way to go. Why cannot they deport everyone from a part of Texas, such as San Antonio? That might be the quickest way to meet Trump’s target.

This is the point where there would be a hearing to see if ICE’s claims hold merit.

Just like if you were arrested, you would expect a hearing on the government’s evidence and not to told that the government assumes you’re a risk and be sent to a foreign prison.
