They return 5 of their top 6 (maybe Loenser too I think he has eligbility but he's a senior). 4 of those returners finished in the top 20 last year, and then there's the ultra-talented sub-30 rising sophomore Chuck Vater. G. Matthai, Tassey, Hunt or Leblond for the win. I'd really want to give it to Hunt after that dominant 5k performance, but he was much worse than a lot of those guys on grass last year.
I can’t imagine how annoying it must be for the La Crosse coach to be at a workout and your top two runners finish a rep and immediate start talking to a camera before sticking said camera in the face of all the other athletes. Because of this immaturity and lack of focus think Wartburg will win nationals.
