Rojo haven’t said anything about emfs. I know because I’m a supporters club member for the last 5 years. Rojo has not denied that ever increasing emfs are the real reason for multiple seemingly unexplainable gaps in elite distance performances since 1896 the year Olympic sport was logged and tracked. The AC came out before that around 1890 and DC earlier in the 1850s and came radio in the 1910s and that was the beginning of all sorrow and misery for human civilisation. Gaps and unrest started forming not only in sport but also in medicine and health, crime rates, family and the social tolls.
Rojo if you are reading this be polite and courteous enough to clarify your actual stance on this phantom emf epidemic.
Why should he respond to your Twilight Zone lunacy sh!t?

Facts are facts whether you like it or not. If you or Rojo thinks it’s lunacy I can’t stop you from trying to think that way even if it will hurt you. But the fact remains the same, NIR exposure degrades cell membranes, lipids, DNA leading to VGCC release ( voltage gated calcium channel ) and chaos in the nervous system. This already has consequences for even basic household chores like sweeping and mopping the floor, holding a cooking pan, squatting down and standing up, having a social conversation, reading and comprehension etc. Do you think it would have no consequences for much more complex body functions like running for high performance? You can downvote me for all I care but you as a moderator and owner of LRC has failed your duty to safeguard the interest of the running side of things. You are leading your sheeps astray.
I know a lot more about the sport at elite level than you ever will.
Sometimes it’s better not to know, I certainly don’t want to be elite as I may attract a man in tuxedo with lots of cash waiting outside my front yard. Jus saying

I know a guy who collapses in a heap the moment he is out in the open fields surrounded by packed cell towers or in a neighbourhood with smart amenities and thousands of people living around the fringes. Count yourself lucky that your body still has that little bit of resistance to twilight zone sh!t. Others out there are not so lucky, they can die from it. I know enough that this is NOT lunacy. It could be your own son or daughter.

What’s the alternative? Party zone babes and booze and weed? Do you think bekele or geb would have endorsed that or do you think they will take to twilight zone doom much better ?
It’s well known that people who pursue sport sacrifice an entire lifetime of material pleasures like babes booze and weed to excel and stay in top physical and mental shape, so what would adding 1 more twilight zone requirement be anyway? This requirement is still in keeping with the sacrifices that an athlete already has to made. Party zones will do the opposite effect and render all sacrifices void.
what a hare brained you are but I guess you had too much twilight zone stuff locked up inside your brain
Why not? When millrose laid a new track surface world records tumbled like a heap of dominos. .
When Millrose first laid down a synthetic surface over the 160y boards there were NOT records falling like dominos. It was still notoriously slow. Heck, Bekele ran a 4:03 there.
Only when they finally laid down a new, permanent, tuned and banked synthetic 200m track in a new location did the meter move. That's the fact, Jack!
Yet the twits on letsrun say its the doping. A massive conspiracy involving hundreds keeping it secret? Sure ... Get a grip.
You said it yourself, the tracks were tuned. You get someone to tune the piano every quarterly year and now there are qualified sport engineers that ensure the indoor synthetic tracks actually work and are runnable. By making it permanent they were also very sure their product was not going to fail. Athletes have no complaints and just run, it’s their job and cannot be more grateful that Robert Kennedy as been sworn in as the new health minister by to senate.

OK, now that you've explained things so clearly, I'm beginning to understand. Thanks for your wisdom and intellect.
A lot of people don't realize what's really going on. They view life as a bunch of unconnected incidences and things. They don't realize that there's this like lattice of coincidence that layers on top of everything. Give you an example, I'll show you what I mean. Suppose you thinking about a plate of shrimp. Suddenly somebody will say like plate or shrimp or plate of shrimp out of the blue no explanation. No point for looking for one either. It's all part of a cosmic unconsciousness.
I'll give you another instance. You know the way everybody's into weirdness right now. Books in all the supermarkets about Bermuda triangles, UFOs, how the Mayans invented television. That kind of thing. Well the way I see it it's exactly the same. There ain't no difference between a flying saucer and a time machine. People get so hung up on specifics. They miss out on seeing the whole thing.
Take South America for example. In South America thousands of people go missing every year. Nobody knows where they go. They just like disappear. But if you think about it for a minute. You realize something. There had to be a time when there were no people. Right? Well where did all these people come from? Huh? I'll tell you where. The future. Where did all these people disappear to? Huh? The past. That's right and how'd they get there? Flying saucers which are really, yeah you got it. Time machines.
I think a lot about this kind of stuff. I do my best thinking on the bus. That's how come I don't drive, see. I don't want to know how. I don't want to learn. See? The more you drive the less intelligent you are.

The old MSG wooden track with a wooden frame was 160 yards. We had Mondo build us a new track with a metal frame and plywood under the Mondo. Unfortunately, the banking on the turns were not as high as the wooden track and resulted in slower times. FYI - the new track was 11 laps to 1600m (145.45m). We did this to standardize the position of the exchange zones for the relays. Lagat set an MSG record for the mile with a 3:52 (2005)! Bekele ran against Lagat the following year and was totally out of his element never having run on a such a small track. The day before the race I showed Bekele the video of Lagat's 3:52. The race was over before he got to the starting line. I do think Lagat running on today's Armory or BU track with the super should, he would have the mile world record.

You obviously don't know what the confidential athlete surveys have shown about the incidence of doping at championship level, or that WADA has grouped t and f with cycling, bodybuilding and weightlifting for risk of doping. You simply cling to your beliefs that the sport is nowhere near as dirty as the facts say it is.
You read. Left said Fred and others are incolved in the sport.
And you didn't answer his question, obviously.
The incidence of doping, of 1 in 3 or even 1 in 2 championship athletes and even school kids, coupled with the fact that few are caught shows it isn't difficult to dope. Everything can be obtained on the internet if you search for it.
