Biden wanted Congress to pass new laws and gave Congress time to work on a bill that was supposed to fix these issues. When Congress failed to pass the bill, Biden acted through executive order to fix the problem because there was no other way and it needed to be done.
Trump won't even ask Congress to act. He'll just use executive orders.

Those who did probably won't be back next year. I am looking at severely higher costs for work I was going to do to my house and no idea if I will be able to get the yard work done. But if it destroys woke and I think it has and will, it will be worth it.

I think lawnmowers are cheap enough and yard work is an exceptional way to crosstrain

You've just illustrated why executive orders suck.
They can immediately be reversed by the next president. Or they can be overturned by an activist judge. Or they may be tied to some other issue like the covid-related border orders that expired when COVID was no longer an emergency.
This is why laws are better and why we have a Congress. Now, if only they would do their job.
