Exactly. He’s also been working out with the team for a few weeks. Friends have seen them on the bike path. The transfer is already through but CIF-SJS has yet to rule on any sit out period.
A few weeks? That's not a great look working out with another team while still in school with your previous team. Violation???
Does Jserra do the same s**t Jesuit does? I’m not here to defend any of it but I’m just saying… every private school he doing this, just watch Jserra get a couple other transfers from all over SoCal. Chloe Elbaz isn’t from OC I’m pretty sure

Even if he will be on the sit out period, he will still be able to run at Clovis or at least all of the prelims, state, and NXN
who cares clearly it's not the same course anymore so we can't compare with past times. super shoes have changed it to being similar to running a 5k on a track.
people who are downvoting take a look at their track times. how could it be possible to run 15:00 for a hilly 5k course but 9:30 for the 3200? Barely anyone broke 9 but so many people can run under 15:15 for a rolling hill 5k course? It doesn't make sense. It's a completely different course.
Mountain View high have two incoming freshman that are well beneath the 4:40 mark. Liam Tassa (4:31 full mile) and Mac Zhang (4:37 full mile)- future looks bright.

Look Bud! Quit your bitching. It's getting old. I'm on the section and state advisory committees and nobody has ever provided any formal complaint or evidene of wrongdoing against Jesuit since I've been on the committee.
The "push" in the race at Masters was a nothing burger and was not called at the meet by any of the meet officials. Believe it or not, I actually have dq'ed my own kids for pushing / pulling in races. In one instance, it could have cost us a league team title. The incident that you keep moaning about was nada.
Every private school does not do what is being discussed here.
True. But I would wager that any of the private schools that are at the top of the state rankings year after year do. It's called open enrollment boundaries and there's nothing illegal about it. Don't hate the players, hate the game. If you have a reasonable proposal to create a private school division, send it my way. If you want to ratchet down the transfer rules, send a proposal my way.
If Bilodeau has already transferred, it's perfectly legal for him to work out with his new team. His AD will mark his status as "practice only" on Home Campus and it will stay that way until the end of the sit out period.
Where is Jesuit? Why are all these top tier out of state teams - Bridgeland TX, Southlake Caroll TX, Herriman UT, Crater OR, Coeur D Lane ID, Union Catholic NJ, etc etc etc even bothering coming to this race? What's the point of traveling so far when Californias best team doesn't want to defend it's home soil. I dont get it. everyone should just go to the race in arizona instead. Desert Twilight has better compeition because it's in the southwest. The Southwest has significantly better teams

It’s not odd for Jesuit not to be entered, Jesuit usually does entered into the competitive meets until the middle of season. It’s probably for the same reasons teams such as Davis or Crystal Springs or Albany go to Woodbridge- it’s to not burnout too quickly because let’s be honest, lots of athletes make the mistake to peak for Woodbridge and then fall off post season.

Jesuit didn’t race at Woodbridge last year but at least they won the state meet and autoqualified for NXN

Huh? When have I ever complained about Jesuit? I’m a huge fan and defend them against accusations of “recruiting” constantly. And the “push” was a big ol nothingburger IMHO.
