Who would be the right group? The situation seems very high maintenance and I can’t think of the “right group” for her.
It sure looked like her relationship with Nike was still pretty good between end college and Olympic 10k. They even made her the special show.
My guess is she stays with Nike and there is just some hold up finalizing a deal.
She graduated in early May, so sometime in November is 180 days. (Unless it's after last UF race, which could be ncaa, trials, or Olympics)
Just a thought - If she runs well at the December indoor meet at Boston and then the Bowerman Award is announced in December, she is suddenly right back in the spotlight again just as that clause expires. I cannot imagine a justification for her not winning the Bowerman. The only thing she didn't do was set the indoor 3K record. She won every possible championship and set new collegiate records in every event except one. If she does not win then they should just call it the Bowerman Sprinter's Award. If she wins that and has a good race in Boston, her stock will be super high again. I still think it is high now, and it is possible that the reason she is not signed might be something that none of us know or understand. Hopefully her dad knows what he is doing.

Her coach just had two athletes test Positive for EPO. This women’s 5k / 10k team was very weak. She has massive injury problems and too far from the top in the world. She didn’t even run the Olympic Standard in the 10k
Dont get me wrong she’s good , but might not be the future of US distance running. They are missing the boat on this one.

I hear you, but I also don't know if it is reasonable to expect her to be near the top in the world fresh out of college. It is not unusual for new pros to need some time training to build. She is leaving college with faster times than any female US distance runner that has come before her and those women have done okay. I think saying she does not deserve a great deal because she didn't finish near the top in the Olympics right after a grueling year in the NCAA where she won 5 championships over 3 long seasons is absurd. Give her 10 minutes training as a pro before we expect her to run with the Ethiopians.

But Daddy is asking for too much money. He thinks she deserves NFL pay. Unfortunately this is the reason she had unsuccessful signed a contract
