Are you sure Khamis is "he"? The frequent use of "darling" to address others suggests otherwise.

Nascimento is the fastest non-African ever in marathon (what do you think about that rekrunner?)
Popped for three (3) different anabolic steroids per an OOC test on 070424.
I guess you could say he was all geared-up for Paris. 🤣
Another two distance runners popped in 24 hours for Shelby's "so not helpful for distance runners" drug nandrolone

He probably got some bad advice, maybe from a youtube video someone linked on letsrun.
This re-confirms my thoughts.
I think 2:04:51 is about right for the fastest non-african in the marathon.
I think the belief in doping is widespread and deep and goes to the top.
I think being busted is not proof of performance benefit.
I think steroids as a PED for the marathon are unproven (just like EPO).
I think steroids is not EPO or blood doping.
I think after his 2:04:51 in 2022, he was getting slower in 2023, and 2024.

What do you think a doped woman could run? 2:09?

Doping doesn't help Kenyan marathon runners - even though they dope. He knows.

You have to be doping to be posting over 60 times today.
Chris Froome is from Kenya, allegedly one of the most successful dopers in the history of cycling who went from donkey to race horse, overnight. He is an African white man that tells lots and lots of lies and cheats like hell (according to his own autobiography).
When in Rome...

So how does EPO help posting? Is doping what you have to do?

Who knows if doping does, or did, help any elite marathon runner?
