Fox is quoting Michael Ackerman, MD (Mayo Clinic), Merije Chukumerije, MD (Cedars-Sinai) and Matthew Martinez, MD (Morristown Medical Center).
“an anatomically and functionally significant congenital heart defect which can and will be treated. We are confident in Bronny’s full recovery and return to basketball in the near future”.
Is that good enough?
Read the article again. Fox is not quoting those doctors...they're quoting a "James family spokesperson". Until I hear a direct quote from these doctors which supports these claims, I will remain skeptical of this statement, because an "anatomically and functionally significant congenital heart defect" does not reconcile well with returning to high level basketball "in the near future".
This statement feels like it was constructed to try to assuage the concerns of NBA scouts surrounding Bronny's long-term health.
Sorry but saying that it is a structural heart defect is not going to calm any NBA scouts. I hope that they can treat it. Innate defects have nothing to do with vaccines taken as teens.
If the medical system wanted to make max profits from COVID, why would it support a vaccine that slashed COVID cases at first and continues to slash deaths and hospitalizations? With two doses you had a 1/2.6 death rate from COVID compared to people with one dose and 1/14 death rate from COVID compared to people with no doses.
I know 4 people who died of Covid. All died before the vaccine was readily available and none were vaccinated. You people do know first, that cardiac arrest is the main cause of death of young athletes? And you also know that if you catch Covid it can cause long-term damage to your heart. There have been no cases that I can find that related Covid vaccines to cardiac arrest in young athletes. Just conspiracies.

A medical dr’s name (in any major medical institution, like Mayo or Cedars-Sinai), won’t to be used as a reference in a statement unless it was approved by them and the institution they work at (it’s written into doctors contracts… they can’t be quoted or make random statements to the media, it all has to go through their legal division to make sure they’re not violating HIPAA or saying something incorrect about their employers, medically inaccurate,… etc).
Especially when it’s something like ‘he can be treated and will return to basketball soon’. If they clear him to play and this happens again, can you imagine how massive the medical malpractice lawsuit would be??
No one is that stupid. And to have people say ‘big pharma made them say it’ is just ridiculous. If Bronny has an untreatable cardiac disease, no ‘big pharma’ incentive will make a Dr do something that stupid. They’d lose their medical license and be bankrupted by the lawsuits.

And you’re more likely to get myocarditis from COVID than the vaccine, but neither have anything to do with Bronny.
Well done dumb dumb.
And you believe that?
Odd how that claim was never made until it became clear that the jab was causing serious heart issues in young healthy people.
Still think the jab stops transmission too?
That the fact there have been more reports of vaxx damage to the VAERS system in two years due to the jab than all other vaccines combined on over the 30 years the system has been in place supports that it is "safe"?
How about the fact lowly jabb'ed nations has far fewer Covid deaths per 100,000 people than the USA?
"anatomically and functionally significant congenital heart defect"
Congenital. So at birth.
Is this a developmental problem or inherited? So what about Lebron and Bryce?
I can understand the desire for privacy, so they have no obligation to give a public statement, but strange that they do give a press release saying the problem is identified but then don't give the condition (HCM or whatever). Even stranger that they say it is congenital without saying what it is, as that raises questions about the other members of the family.
Which, as noted above, is a really strange thing to throw in there without giving the actual condition as it raises all kinds of questions about others in the family. If it is inherited, what about the other basketball players in the family. Have they been tested or do we have to worry about one of them dropping dead? If it is developmental, did the mother not get enough folic acid or something?
As I joked earlier in this thread: we will know it was from the vaccine if the press release that comes out is 'we don't know what it is but it is definitely not the vaccine'.
This press release actually comes close to that. We know what it is but we won't tell you. It's congenital though, so definitely not from the vaccine.

Bullspit.
No proof the jab does any good.
Lots of proof it does harm
That's a really good point.
US COVID-related deaths are still nearly 100/day! So much for the JAB preventing DEATH!

You spend your time worrying about the health of members of Lebron James' family?
Seriously?
And daggummit - you won't be satisfied until Bronny's mother releases full information on her folic acid intake during pregnancy from 19 years ago!
Did anyone ever tall you that you are a moron? If not, allow me to be the first.
