Not really. Colleen is the first person that comes to mind when I think of BTC. Sure she might not be the fastest, but her personality is so happy and competitive. Sad to see her leave and BTC won’t be the same. Best of luck to Colleen

I'm trying to get the point in this Beer Mile podcast where Colleen talks about conflict within BTC and my god these guys are annoying.
A shame to see Colleen go. She is a great role model for women and young girls. She was the face of BTC to me. Emily spends every other post talking about how cute her boyfriend is and can't seem to go a week without being emotional something. How is that motivating/role model for women? Emily and Shelby both seem like exhaustingly competitive teammates. Karissa will be out next as Shelby is already showing animosity towards her in interviews and post race.

just saw she resigned from nike in the open letter. So that ends the chances of going to Julian. I kind of agree that she might train on her own. I just can't picture another place that suits her talent and there's no chance she's training with Emma and Joe.

She has had a successful running career by any US standard. She also has made herself into a very marketable personality. And that's just not her appearance. She has put herself out there on SM and in other ways that the others truly haven't done.
She is one of the most well known and sought after US distance runners in the game right now.
She also has way more appeal to non-runners/casual runners by virtue of her looks and her social media presence and she’s also made an effort to like make podcast/blog/other media connections outside of running.

Good call. I think there are several people on this thread that know what really happened and what the chemistry was on BTC and totally understand why she is no longer with BTC or Nike.
