1. I realized my error shortly after responding to Wondering, and used the same “my bad” and immediately corrected my error. I accepted Wondering’s figures on face value because the Dow was never part of my initial comment.
2. Wondering was wrong in that the close for 3/2/2015 was 18,288. Using post date close of 11/1/2017 of 23,435 the Dow is up 28.1%, and would require only a drop of 22% to reach the same level as 3/2/2015. Similar to my initial corrected post.
3. I post my views on the market and don’t do so to curry favor. Unlike you Fax I don’t need to find family or friends on LRC or DGTD.
4. You post anything but facts. Your posts are generally laced with pissy he-b#tch comments.

I searched the time frame in question for posts outlining your narrative on why “this time is different.” I found nothing under the “mellon” handle and used the time frame from the OP until my first post. From my observation, perhaps I am wrong, your justification for the market move up, is the market move up.

I guess if you think investors will keep paying a higher multiple for a unit of earnings. If you believe that can continue unabated, I would say you need to learn more to be a good financial advisor.
