The article says kids in Laguna Beach, CA ate less because they wanted corn dogs, etc. instead. Kids in Laguna Beach ain't starving, so they can just wait to hit up the maid/nanny to cook for them when they get home to their mansion overlooking the beach.
Kids in Podunk, USA or a poor urban area are gonna eat if they can get it. And if they refuse healthy food, should we give them junk food instead?
