Some random thoughts.
A couple of years of lying and cheating and we have one so called 'fact' presented to us by Dave and Terrie: It was 'Joe the Drivers' fault.
I'm assuming Mark Hewlett the photographer and chief collaborator doesn't have a drivers licence.
I'm assuming all the facts for all the other lying and cheating are on the way.
I'm assuming no charity will have anything to do with these two shysters now.
I'm assuming we'll be hearing from 'Joe the Driver' very soon.
Another random thought and question, how do these two support themselves and their eight kids while doing all the things they do?
Who found Youngs's 10k PB was actually a 7k run?
Who spoke to the team manager from British Biathle to confirm he got selected for the british team because there was nobody else?

This is not a big surprise with Dave and Terrie Reading/Shingler.
I like the way Dave answers those questions in the video with coolness, calmness and clarity, this really instills in me the belief he's not lying.
How Terrie can believe posting that video in any way vindicates them is beyond me.

To clarify about Mark Hewlett, based on information I have received, he is not to blame and is not a "chief collaborator" of this scam. It is true Mark took the photos and videos but Dave and Terrie were already far into their scam and were manipulating Mark and putting him under duress/threats. Remember that Dave and Terrie manipulated everyone.
Dave and Terrie don't have real jobs. That should answer your other question.

I don't think there is anywhere that Mark Hewlett has said he is going to be involved next year.
Mark did take the photos and videos for the LEJOG2017 scam, but as I said before, all evidence points squarely at Dave and Terrie being the masterminds behind the scam that manipulated and coerced everyone. Dave and Terrie are professional manipulators and scam artists. I too previously thought that Mark Hewlett was a mastermind behind the LEJOG scam, but now that I have seen more evidence, I agree with what "Shite Hawk" wrote way back in the middle of this thread about Dave and Terrie being the only ones to blame.
In due time more evidence will be released.

Mark certainly DID know they were scamming the trip, and anyone on those fake trips knew they were cheated.
They have 8 kids therefore can get 25 grand a year for doing nothing. The uk pays you to have kids. For years they likely got a lot more than this as the cap at 25 is quite recent.

My gut feeling is that MH is still heavily involved in this. On the original LeFarce website MH bio noted him as (don't quote me on this) "A friend to everyone".
Would this not be the perfect person to use as the key to opening certain doors and persuading situations? He clearly has a way with words which the scammers have used for their own gain.
The only one who is totally innocent in all this is Joe the driver.

Poor old Joe the driver. In reality he is probably the first that was unhappy with the scam and once the pressure was on this was exacerbated. Now that they have thrown him under the bus do you think we should try and get in contact with him, he may be more willing to come clean now.
Going back to our Dave's mysterious Norwich Half time, I am one of those on the photos that he appears in and I can confirm that my time was around 2:07.
I can also confirm that the RD does not take kindly to people cheating in his events and our Dave will never be welcome at a CoNAC-organised event ever again. Teehee.
Ronnie, not sure you are right, Dave is still in the results, bizarrely with an identical chip time and gun time, so did a slow runner like Dave start on the front row? He is the sort of egotistical hobby jogger who would be inconsiderate enough to get in the way of athletes, but is it the case his chip "malfunctioned" again and he told the organiser "his" time? On second thoughts it can't be that Dave would never lie about his time..........
He is still in the results, indeed, but the RD is fully aware of what's gone on and the photo/times evidence...
