Do you believe that if Trump said "I want him back now" that Bukele would refuse? How hard is he trying to facilitate the return without stating that or telling Bukele he'll cut US aid to El Sal. He is willing to cut purse string for lots of other things. Why not to uphold a unanimous SCOTUS ruling?
