Nobody has ever been in proximity of such a great American, as Dems view him.
The problem is that you and your fellow babbling brood believe this is the issue with those who oppose what has happened with this guy.
Well, it’s not Constitutional because Madison didn’t write the papers for Venezuelan gang members, no matter what has been spun through the courts since. So then, what is it?
I’ll bet, in all of our combined existences, intermingling amongst society here and there, that not one of us has crossed paths with a Latino man with M S 1 3 tattooed across his knuckles. Nobody has ever been in proximity of such a great American, as Dems view him.
The word on the street is that MS-13 gangs use knives to kill others, a particularly gruesome way for someone to meet their fate, by bleeding out, looking into the eyes of your killer. Wonder if that’s true?
so it's ok to eliminate due process for some criminals? Is that your point? Then just say that. Use some logic. Bring it into your life.
The Brooklyn woman??accused of leaving a brick scrawled with a swastika??and the word “Nazi” on a parked Tesla is a super-woke family therapist??who was involved in criminal justice divers???
This. Again: If you wondered where you'd stand in 1934 Germany...now you know.
Heath Mayo @HeathMayo The Abrego-Garcia case is a perfect litmus test for whether a person understands and is truly committed to the rule of law. If you can’t admit the plain error here, you are captured and, through either tribal loyalty or blind trust, are losing touch with an important part of what America is.

Due process is for citizens, period, end of story. The US Constitution had absolutely nothing to do with foreigners when written, else it would have been written for the King, and his men, to come here and get guns. It’s pure mythology to believe otherwise.

So let's just say they deported YOU to a Salvadorean prison.
Would you want due process so you could prove yourself to be a citizen, or would you prefer they deported you and then asked questions of your citizenship later?

It's not 'eliminating due process' to rapidly deport someone with MS13 tattoos.
case by case. There are rules.
Obviously in the El Salvador guy's case, rules were broken.
You should not be happy when law and order breaks down and rules are broken by law enforcement and government.
If you believe in the rule of law, you must insist the el salvador guy be released from prison and compensated for his wrongful arrest and incarceration.

The Supreme Court is far overstepping their mandate. It was President Trump who was elected and the people want these gangbangers out of our country. This is for the public good even if a few eggs get broken.
There is nothing the Supreme Court can do about Garcia. The debate is over. If MAGA needs to flip the script on the Dems wishes and stack the court, then that is what it is. Trump got caught off guard by some political hacks. That guy is a Salvadoran and is in El Salvador. He can forever be the lefts Mandela, if that’s how they view it, but he’s there and he’s not coming back
MAGA already stacked the court and they still disagree with you.
Who do you think they should nominate, Matt Gaetz and Rudy Giuliani?

But without due process you have no opportunity of proving your citizenship. They'll just deport you and claim you're not a citizen.
Officials say five undocumented immigrants, believed to be members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, have been arrested in a string of liquor thefts and robberies in Florida.
let's review trumpian cluelessness. There is no plan. Just right wing radio-style simplemindedness.
1/ trump's sec of treasury waited until a different advisor was out of the office and then rushed in to see trump and get him to tweet a 90 day pause in tariffs. There is no plan, just chaos.
2/ the WH says they accidently sent a threatening letter to harvard. But now they are going ahead with it anyway, because never admit a mistake. There is no plan, just chaos.
3/ Arrest and deport to a foreign gulag a resident with the legal right to stay in the US. That's a plan to be fair. Eliminating the rule of law is a scary plan.
Trump has a functional IQ of around 80 and the world knowledge of a high school sophomore. Congress has agreed to let this stupid degenerate decide the fate of the planet. Shameful indictment of our form of government.

Literal chaos is better than Democrat plans.
You have a functional IQ in the low 50s and no knowledge of any kind.

Trump graduated at the top of his class from Wharton. His IQ is probably 150 or higher - a genius. He is an incredibly successful real estate developer, incredibly quick-witted, and a true visionary.
