It sounds like this job combined with the investigation is a combination she no longer wanted to be a part of. I’m guessing she will not compromise herself under oath for the sake of loyalty.

Hillary would be the worst president in history for the 2nd amendment, so not sure what you mean by that. On the other hand bump stocks are not a big deal because people can make their own instead of buying them. Sounds more like he's throwing the anti-gun people a bone so they can't accuse him of doing nothing.
