Here is an excerpt from yesterday's 4th Circuit court of Appeals Order:
------------ "The government is asserting a right to stash away residents of this country in foreign prisons without the semblance of due process that is the foundation of our constitutional order. Further, it claims in essence that because it has rid itself of custody that there is nothing that can be done.
This should be shocking not only to judges, but to the intuitive sense of liberty that Americans far removed from courthouses still hold dear."
------------
That rare and interesting appeal to the public ("Americans far removed from the courthouses") was an appeal to even people like yourself. The 4th Circuit thinks that even a full blown Russian simp like you might still have an "intuitive sense of liberty" left in you.
The 4th Circuit seems to believe this is a pretty dire moment in US Constitutional history. It goes without saying that they are pretty attuned to the rare times when things get to crisis levels (see, e.g., paragraph at top of page 5 re: assurances). I haven't read much background material to this opinion, but I tend to believe they are correct and that this is very serious moment for liberty/freedom in America. I think the Supreme Court will too, when Trump's DOJ tries to bring this up to them (again).
I know that you and Newmans and that other bitter name-shifting twit have a policy of never reading the judicial pleadings you are commenting on, but you should break from that once and read the Order linked below. The 4th Circuit was practically begging you to channel your "intuitive sense of liberty" and educate yourself on what you think you are talking about.
Whoever wrote that is clearly biased to the left. Calling Boasberg a "fine judge" is laughable.
Trump asked Bukele to give the POS back.... Bukele said no.
Case closed.
If we've learned anything in the last 10 years it's that liberal are incapable of being impartial judges.
Why on earth would the Trump administration risk letting a clearly biased court make a terrible ruling on this animal when the problem is already solved.
The lower court is correct that the animal shouldn't have been deported with the withdrawal order in place.
Now that the animal has been returned to his own country the lower court no longer has any jurisdiction whatsoever.
Bummer!
If you bothered to read it (or if you even carefully read the Twitter sh!t you're recycling), you'd know Boasberg was not the judge being referred.
But, you didn't read it. And you never will. Even an appeal to your intuitive sense of liberty was not enough to get you off your strawman hysterics, lies and exaggerations for 10 minutes. You are a constant failure, Russia boy.
Takoma Park, MD Police Chief, Antonio DeVaul, vows to keep Takoma Park a "sanctuary city":

Your wife-beating MS-13 Gangster you Dems are getting a hard-on over is also a human trafficker.

Abrego-Garcia is suspected of partaking in labor/human trafficking, according to Homeland Security Investigations memo
Kilmar Abrego-Garcia, who was recently deported to El Salvador, was suspected of partaking in labor/human trafficking, according to a 2022 Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) report obtained by Fox News. The report also stated that "official law enforcement investigations" revealed that Abrego-Garcia was a member of the notorious gang MS-13, which President Donald Trump has designated as a terror organization. According to the report, on Dec. 1, 2022, a Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper stopped Garcia after he was "observed speeding" and unable to stay in his lane. The trooper noticed eight individuals in the car with Abrego-Garcia, who said he began driving three days prior from Houston, Texas, to Temple Hills, Md., via St. Louis, Mo. to "perform construction work." The report states that the trooper suspected it was a human trafficking incident, as there was no luggage in the vehicle. Additionally, the individuals in the car reportedly gave the same address as Abrego-Garica's home address.
Every time a Trumper tries to make this about the character of one individual and ignore the weightier issue of a President defying the Supreme Court and courts in general, view it as an open admission that they are dishonest people willing to sacrifice our form of government to score online wins.
If he is a bad guy, obey the court and deport the legal way. Like every other administration.

In what way did he defy the Supreme Court?
There is no way in hell we're going to waste the time and money it would take to hold the 200 million court appearances you idiots are demanding.
If you didn't want these people to have this problem you shouldn't have helped them break the law to get here.

The opinion was written by J. Harvie Wilkinson; a rather conservative Reagan appointee.
The judge, a conservative Reagan appointee, wrote a blistering opinion accusing the administration of failing to give a man wrongly deported to El Salvador any semblance of due process.
At the Salvadoran prison (CECOT?) where KAG is, inmates are not given meat with their meals.
KAG has something in common with Hitler - Adolf was a vegetarian too!
Someone (probably a Democrat) mindlessly downvoted this, which proves the characterization of liberals as NPC's who support "the current thing" pushed by their DNC/CNN/MSLSD lords and masters.
Am I being facetious above? Certainly!
But, KAG is not a sympathetic person. He entered illegally, is an associate with gang members (if not an outright member), a wife beater, human trafficker, and deemed by that country's president to be a clear and present danger to the national security of El Salvador.
Yet, Democrats want to portray him as a saint - and they are serious.
Do they really have room to complain when those on my side go full stop to the other extreme and in jest make him out to be a devil?

To clarify, I was being facetious with the Hitler comparison, but serious about mindless Democrat NPC's.
Ignoring the second amendment is exponentially less egregious than letting 100 million people own guns and then demanding they all get due process before you dearm them.
Did that make sense in your tiny mind when you typed it?
Right? The only thing that made sense to me is that Shoko, like most Democrats, wants to grab guns.
