And if the court doesn't agree with the denier, does he revaluate his position? No. He just assumes the judge isn't being honest.

Things just keep getting worse for Kari Lake. Maricopa county applied for sanctions against Kari and are seeking $25,000 from her to pay legal fees incurred because of her ridiculous lawsuit.

They are also upset with her for misleading a number of people into believing her lies (many posters here included).

Hey Trumpers.. did you read in the report where Trump's own lawyers testified under oath that there was going to be mass resignations if Trump tried to appoint Clark as head of the DOJ? Even Trump's own people were going to walk out. Trump's own lawyers told him it was entirely corrupt and they would resign. Trump wanted Clark to get in there and lie and say that DOJ was investigating 2020 election fraud when there was none.

From what I read the judge ruled that the problems were not intentional so the judge ruled the election stands. In most serious situations where the law is broken, intent is not an issue. If in the act of robbery you injure or kill someone you will be charged for the injury or death, not just the robbery even though it wasn't your initial intent to cause bodily harm. I did not read where the judge ruled that there were not violations of voting laws and regulations. The ruling was based upon intent. Maybe the judge is correct that the penalty should be minimal or non-existent for the individual because of the lack of intent but that does not mean that the election was fair and shouldn't be re-contested.

BTW. Please explain how people are making money off my stupidity.
