Recent polling looks pretty bad for Kamala and Democrats. If I had to put money on it right now, I'd put money on Trump

Republicans value giving constituents the right to vote in their primary and to choose between candidates (not just the one they want you to vote for). To us, that is Democracy. They value free speech (even that which they disagree with) and do not believe in censoring opinions. They value prosperity, believe all can achieve it through hard work and want to make a business climate that is conducive to achieving those ends. They believe that a merit based system makes us more competitive in this arena. That engaging in racism or giving preferential treatment to some based on their identity is wrong and destructive to business and society.

They believe that there are proper ways to enter into this country. That an open border enriches trans national criminal organizations, worsens human trafficking, enables terror cells to embed in this nation, undercuts US labor markets, stresses social welfare programs, diverts tax payer dollars away from things like parks and schools, adds to deficits, and increases property and violent crimes. Republicans care about inflation and its impact on the poor and will make things more affordable by reducing regulation (much of the energy inflation under Biden was a deliberate part of his environmental / energy policy).

There is a reason why Republicans lead Democrats on issues like the economy, the border and foreign policy.

the Media is over sampling republicans and relying too much on republican pollsters. They are relying on "corrected" poll data that will produce massive errors in nov. The media has reported 33 non-partisan polls, 26 republican polls, and 1 democractic aligned polls.

Like a recent PA poll showing Trump ahead there only accounted for Philly being 1.4% of the vote totals when they are typically well over 11%.

Do these alleged polls show the depth of anger, despair and animosity out there in America? Because that's the real story of these times we live in. Americans loath one another. No one trusts anyone outside their family. Notions of American exceptionalism are a relic of antiquity now. Resentment, distrust and aversion are the instincts that keep people whole.

You aren't out there observing and analyzing how Americans are behaving vis a vis other Americans. You haven't grasped the national mood. Americans are all huddled over their own bowl of rice, looking to pre-emptively stab others with their plastic chops. It is dark and there is no trust. Trust is gone. Once it's gone it can never come back, when it's out of the blue and into the black.

Media is corporate entities and are largely unconcerned with bias. Are most staff and major media liberal? probably, does it matter? no. Like CNN having a story about how a Trump victory is possible in VA because he when from being down 12 to down 8. Or about how every major non-political story (Hurricanes, etc) always hurt dems and help republicans.
