This ruling is hilarious. The judges basically call the Trump administration f*cking retards, going so far as to state that “facilitate” is a n active verb.
The 4th circuit turned that opinion around in 27 hours and without even waiting to hear from plaintiffs. I'm very surprised with the degree that the 4th circuit said essentially "we know what you are doing and what you hope to do."
But they ended with a plea to be reasonable: "We yet cling to the hope that it is not naïve to believe our good brethren in the Executive Branch perceive the rule of law as vital to the American ethos. This case presents their unique chance to vindicate that value and to summon the best that is within us while there is still time."
That would probably work with anyone in government (including the DOJ attorneys handling the case) except Trump. He will see it as a declaration of war on him and probably double down on the efforts. It will be interesting to see if he can keep getting DOJ attorneys (and some of his own cabinet) to follow un-Constitutional orders down the road.

Did you actually read the article that this advertisement was for? You know what the 18 climate models studied all showed? Minimal temperature variations over the last 1000 years, until a sudden rise in temperatures in the last 50-100 years. Thank you for confirming the fact that man-made climate change is real.
