1. The gender spectrum is a social construct. The masculine and feminine are as old as the species.
2. If it was normal it wouldn't be a "syndrome." A "syndrome" is an abnormality by definition.
Someone who is intersex isn't a 3rd sex anymore than a person who is born with 24 fingers and toes is a new species.
1. I don't even know what you're trying to say.
2. You failed to provide a suitable binary classification. You're literally saying there are only two sexes: males and females, except for all the people who aren't male or female. Fewer than 50 cases of RHnull blood have been reported worldwide. That doesn't mean it's not a different blood type. Just because something is rare doesn't mean it doesn't exist. If intersex was more common, then you would be okay calling it a different sex?
Your ramblings about a new species is just moronic and unrelated, because the species Homo sapiens is not defined by number of fingers and toes.
1. That's because you're stupid.
2. XX = female XY = male is the binary. Your syndromes are abnormalities. Having XXY chromosomes doesn't make you a new gender anymore than having 24 digits makes you a new species.
Intersex is a deformity/abnormality.
The species argument is perfectly valid if you have any idea what you're talking about. A birth defect doesn't change the definition of what normal is.
If you were asked to describe a cat you wouldn't list every variant of birth defect possible in cats you would say it's got 4 legs and a tail because a normal cat has 4 legs and a tail.
It's laughable that you think the vast majority of the ocean's surface was measured.
Even if we pretend the data going back to 1880 is reliable and hasn't been doctored to hell. It is idiotic to look at 145 years of partial data and declare you have any idea what normal is.
Particular when your starting point is in "The Little Ice Age".
"doctored to hell" -- the conservative cry when they don't like what science says.
Anyway, I'm going to follow agip's advice and stop spanking you before I get arrested for elder abuse.
For the past decade or so, I have been documenting how US temperature graphs released by NOAA and NASA are not representative of their own raw data. This work has been high profile on a number of o…
They have "adjusted" the data. They openly admit they do it.
Tony Heller is a well-known climate change denier, and all of his supposed theories have been thoroughly refuted. If he's your big "gotcha", you've got nothing.

He just shows the data. They aren't "theories".
You think 20 ships measuring ocean temperature in a bucket in 1750 fully shows the ocean temperature. I disagree as would any non-imbecile.
The temperature record starts in 1880 at the end of the little ice age. It was much warmer in the past during the Medieval Warm Period and the Roman Warm Period.
Your theory that the globe only gets warmer and only because of CO2 is refuted by everything we know about the climate.
we've just submerged the thread into arguments about climate and gender.
great, just great.
good lord stop. Just stop. These subjects lead nowhere.
Agreed. This thread is about pointing out the obvious, dumb mistakes that Trump makes on a daily basis. There's so much of that going on, plenty to fill this thread with dozens of posts daily.
Why just today the DJIA fell another 527 points.
Trump wants to fire Powell, a guy he appointed.
A massive hack went on at the NLRB, from the inside, by DOGE employees.

What sex is someone with XXY chromosomes in your binary classification? Male or female?

By definition the syndrome affects males.
You suck at this.

It was NOT "much warmer in the past during the Medieval Warm Period and the Roman Warm Period." The Medieval Warm Period was a regional event in the North Atlantic, not a global phenomenon (and does not show up on a plot of the average global temperature). The Roman Warm Period and Little Ice Age were also regional phenomena, not global events.
If you think my theory is that the "globe only gets warmer and only because of CO2" than you're dumb, even for a Trump voter.
Data from a consortium of 92 universities, or one guy with a website...
Reproducible climate reconstructions of the Common Era (1 CE to present) are key to placing industrial-era warming into the context of natural climatic variability. Here we present a community-sourced database of temperature-...
Compared to the US Europe has no immigration. My point is that Europe criticizing the US on immigration is completely absurd.
Trump wants to balance the budget and pay down the debt. You might not like his methods but that's what he's trying to do with DOGE. Trump believes fair trade and lower taxes will lead to economic growth and higher tax revenue in the future. You might not like it or agree with his plan but that's what he's trying to do.
Maybe you forgot that Poland has millions and millions of Ukrainian refugees...
You make some assertions about what Trump wants to do. Now, you have to make allowances for people being a bit disbelieving of Trump, because of his problems with insecurity and pathological lying.
But even so, I think that is probably true that he wants to balance the budget and lower taxes (especially on companies and multimillionaires).
Trump has some interesting ideas and goals.
We shouldn't throw out the baby with the bathwater. Just because he is emotionally and intellectually crippled doesn't mean he isn't somewhat of an interesting and sometimes out-of-the-box thinker.
With crazy out-of-the-box thinking, you naturally get some good ideas and some terrible ideas.
If he only he weren't such a poor manager and so emotionally damaged and fearful of criticism that he cannot stand to have anyone intelligent around him...

How long until he fires Powell and appoints some incompetent to really ruin the economy?
1 What did you learn in history classes? In Europe most people see the similarities between Trump's administration, the old communist dictators and the nazis in Germany. How come so many Americans don't see the similarities with neither communism, nazism or fascism?
2 What do you base your decisions upon? I have 9 years of university education, but I understand that if most experts says x and I believe in y, then I am most likely wrong
Experts said the world was flat for centuries.
When was that, exactly? Eratosthenes made a pretty good measurement of the circumference of the Earth over 200 years before anyone had heard of Jesus of Nazareth. It’s been over 2500 years where everyone with an education accepted that the Earth was round. Just watch a ship slowly dip over the horizon.
Republicans disagree with this. Think about that and what they are willing to defend to own the libs. Exactly how tyranny is built.
from a judge deciding the El Salvador case. Just imagine disagreeing with this.
Judge Wilkinson (conservative appellate judge) in his opinion on the Abrego Garcia case: “It is difficult in some cases to get to the very heart of the matter. But in this case, it is not hard at all. The government is asserting a right to stash away residents of this country in foreign prisons without the semblance of due process that is the foundation of our constitutional order. Further, it claims in essence that because it has rid itself of custody that there is nothing that can be done. This should be shocking not only to judges, but to the intuitive sense of liberty that Americans far removed from courthouses still hold dear.”
The guy is in an El Salvador prison, there is nothing for a US judge to decide.
So condemn what the republicans have done. Do it.
No idea what you are referring to but I’m no Republican. I’m with the ruling party. Far as I’m concerned this case is in Bondis hands, and it’s really old news. She will take that juice drinking judge back to law school…and that guys dang sure not coming back here. focus elsewhere.

Would be great if one trumpie could just say ‘we should not mistakenly send US legal residents to foreign gulags without due process.’

Trump admin enters the find out stage of FAFO.
This ruling is hilarious. The judges basically call the Trump administration f*cking retards, going so far as to state that “facilitate” is a n active verb.
The Fourth Circuit ruling against the Trump administration came just one day after it appealed a lower court order in the Abrego Garcia case, a remarkably short time for a court to reach a decision.
