I'm sick of this...why would anyone from Ship write this about their own team? It is all the crazy people on this board who have an obsession with hating on Josh. You people need to get a life, no one from Ship would write degrading stuff about their own teammates.

I just hope that josh didn't bring any of this to himself. My wishes are for him as a Ship alum. Lets go Neyhart...(the guy who pointed at you before the 1500). You have it in you. Lets do this.

We originally took them down because we accidently put the slow heat of the men's 10k being run on friday before the fast heat. We are running the fast heat on friday at 10:20pm with the slow heat being saturday at 11:15am like we originally had scheduled. They were up for about an hour before it was noticed. I will be contacting all the schools of athletes in the slower heat of the men's 10k today to make sure those athletes do not show up ready to race on friday night. I believe there are 22 athletes in the slow section and 40 in the fast section.

Thanks Donner for the update, It is looking like it is going to shape up to be a great meet for the conference to run at for national qualifiers.

It's going to be an awesome meet to watch on Friday night, I don't know about everyone else but I am pumped to watch all the action. Hopefully we get a lot of provisional qualifiers this weekend out of the PSAC, good luck everyone!
