Really Flagbro, source? The first credible looking study I find states that professors in the USA are 44% liberal, 47% moderate, and 9% conservative (and if there are as many conservative universities as you say, imagine what the number is in a public university). I have no problem with that numbers since certain jobs attract certain personalities, but they haven't done a good job tolerating alternate viewpoints. Also, you're neglecting the fact that some of the intolerant lib universities (Berkeley) are supported by taxpayers.

2) Did you go to college? Did something a professor said to you about politics ever change your mind about politics? I had both very liberal and very conservative professors, and I wasn't inspired politically by either of them as I am a moderate Democrat and a fiscal conservative.
3) You Trumpers (and other conservatives) like to barf this liberal university professors promoting a liberal agenda, but then you mention with pride that more white male college graduates voted for Trump than they did for Hillary. So, which is it, have US college professors successfully brainwashed college kids, or not? It's just BS, brother. It is just a way to promote conservatism to those who did not go to college, and it has been working, so that was a good idea, but it is not based in truth at all.
There's really no recovering from saying something that wrong. Universities have become so hostile to conservative ideas that the conservative speakers who are allowed on campus create riots and get chased out. The professors are responsible for creating this atmosphere.
Now if you want to say that our university professors have turned into fascists and that they no longer can be classified as liberal in either the modern or classic sense, then I'm willing to discus that. But right now our universities are an embarrassment in that they only allow liberal ideas to be aired.
The flag man is right. Do you think a gay rights activist would be welcome to speak at Liberty University? Or at Bob Jones?
I went to a very conservative school. My school is so conservative we had PRO-war demonstrations in the 60's and 70's. This is one of the top science and engineering schools in the world. It's not a religious school. It's quite mainstream in the academic world. And I can't remember a single liberal professor.

Maybe all 9% of the conservatives were at my school, which is also public, btw.

Typical Trump deflection techniques...look at the liberal agenda, look at what Hillary did, look at anyone other than Trump himself.
The current problem is Donald Trump. He's a problem to the US and the world and to the Republican Party. More Republicans should want to wash their hands of him. He is a criminal and a serial liar. It doesn't matter if anyone else is too. HE is the president. There are a ton of obstruction of justice cases going on in our country right now, but this Russia investigation (which surely is looking at obstruction of justice for Trump) is what we know about because it is of paramount importance.
Admitting that it isn't appropriate for our President to behave this way doesn't mean you have become a Democrat. You SHOULD hold on to your conservative values (though it is getting increasingly difficult to understand what those are) if you want, but to support a traitor and a criminal should not be part of any American's values.
No. The current problem is the slew of conspiracy nuts like you.

Stop responding to your own posts, Lying Gary.
Seriously. It's embarrassing to watch.
Liberals are a lot smarter and more ethical than conservatives as a rule. The discourse on this lengthy thread proves that. One side relies on factual analysis, critical thinking and uses complete, grammatically correct sentences while the other side ranges from 3rd grade to remedial high school level intellect. Basically you are a part of a stupid herd, hence easily deluded.

Yep. There are more colleges than you would even imagine in the US that stipulate that students can not wear shorts to class let alone be anywhere near an opposite-sex dorm after sundown.

There are SOOOOOO many conservative colleges in this country with conservative students who attend and with conservative professors who toe the conservative line of the university.
I should also point out that most colleges in this country wouldn't be considered conservative or liberal, and they have about an equal number of conservative and liberal students and faculty. In my state of Ohio, Miami, OSU, University of Cincinnati, Bowling Green, University of Toledo, Ohio University would all be about half and half. Oberlin would be liberal. Cedarville would be conservative. Kenyon would lean liberal. Denison would lean conservative.
Could someone tell Junior to stop cyber bullying 14-year olds...
Rick Gates, trump's deputy campaign chairman, had been charged with 31 Federal crimes. In the course of working with agents and prosecutors to minimize his exposure- he told a provable lie (#idiot). So today those 31 charges were dismissed and Gates pled guilty to a single count while entering a cooperation agreement as broad as any I've ever seen or heard of. Prosecutors do not dismiss a 31 count indictment on a plea to a single charge unless the defendant has VERY valuable information to provide. These buggers are just about done.

I think they are getting close for sure, but timewise it could still be a while yet. I just want Mueller to put a tight lid on this so that Trump can not skate. And I'm sure that it going to be the case.
