5 mph is his running pace. That's his marathon pace. That's a very very fast walk or a slow jog. No way could he walk that 20 hrs a day and I'm sure he knew that.
And you can see from the speed plot of the FollowMyChallenge GPX file, that Dave Reading couldn't even run/walk at 5 mph. He was going more like 3.5 mph average for the 45 miles before getting in the van to drive.

What is funny about cheaters like Dave, Kip, Rossi, Robert Young is that the more you dig, the more you find.
Whereas if an honest person has something questionable occur (e.g. no photos on the course), they have lots of other data to support them.
These guys inevitably have zero evidence to support them, but always plenty of other suspicious activity.

The temperature was 14C (57.2F) which is a perfect temperature for Dave to run his marathon PR of 5 hours at a frequency of 4 X per day for 8 days in a row.
There was nothing on the website about using a BIKE during a LeJog World Record RUN. That doesn't make any sense. Why would Team Dave Reading agree as a team that Dave Reading should ride a BIKE???

Dave has also had a lot of bad luck ( = Dave is a cheater-liar-fraud) at his other races.
1) What about the 2016 London Marathon when Dave did not show up on any of the timing mats until his 4:19 finish time?

He says he is no longer telling people he ran it in 3 hours 12 minutes. He says he got that time from an app on his phone but admits there is “no evidence†of that now.
3) What happened at the Norwich Half Marathon in 2015?
According to the half marathon website, he completed the course in one hour and 42 minutes. But he is photographed crossing the finish line next to runners who completed it in around 2 hours and 10 minutes.

4) Why has Dave's time has disappeared from the official results of the 2016 Bournemouth marathon after commentators on LetsRun.com raised concerns about his split times???
Dave ran the second half of the full marathon much quicker than the first half, according to his chip times, with Dave recording a total time of 3 hours 43 minutes for the full marathon.
Dave ran the 2nd half of the full marathon in 1:42!!!...after a 1st half of 2:01.
He says he has contacted the organisers of the Bournemouth Marathon about why his time disappeared but has not heard back.
He says all the issues with his racing times are down to problems with his chip or the event.
(It is never a problem with Dave Reading.)
Next year Mr Reading says he is going to return to do the challenge by BIKE and on foot, this time from John O’Groats to Land’s End to raise awareness of cyber bullying.

Talk about being economical with the truth, it's just ridiculous, this latest Terrie BS is more about what they don't say rather than what they do.
One thing they didn't allow for when their original pursuits started a couple of years, the power of the internet, everything that they got caught out on was through the internet and what was in the public domain for anyone to see.
I can see how it started, they cheated a couple of runs, embellished his past and future achievements, used the media and internet to it's fullest and thought, how easy is this, in the end what came back to bite them and find them out was sleuths on the net.
PS Terrie wrote that "TRAIN FOR IT DON'T TROLL IT" piece, she's made a special effort but you can tell by the spelling and grammar errors it was her, but 7/10 Terrie.
