he does deserve it. if he did get this underage/disorderly and acted like a drunken fool instead of listening to authority he definitely should pay the consequences. He should apologize to the team and the PSAC in general. He has no class and never has. Way to go NEYHART your one of a kind. You lost the championship for your team in indoor and now lose points for them outdoor. Oh yeah and why wouldn't you run? I have been in similar situations and my legs have gotten me away plenty of times. If you won that race you would have saved your reputation but that sure as hell didn't happen. Maybe next time.

If he is to sit out this outdoor season, everyone that hates him will probably be paying for it in the fall. My guess is that if he doesn't get to compete in the remainding months, I think that'd be motivation for some serious training.

Unfortunately the person above is wrong. The rumors are true as the slippery rock issues. I don't think he will be running this weekend, but I am not sure he will be off for the rest of the season.
