There is no proof from Ukraine's side. Just propaganda. At best Nazi state Ukraine can only state the obvious, but which Russia can claim as well.

Russia has not reached its goals for victory nor has Ukraine. It's a wash.

So who is really winning? Since 2014 / 2022 Russia has grown in size. Ukraine has shrunk. Russia is winning this war.

To keep Russian forces guessing yet still, Ukrainian gains are regularly trumpeted around Bakhmut, a city of minimal strategic significance whose center was captured by Russia at enormous cost last month. Moscow can hardly afford the loss of face of a reversal of fortune here. Finally, there are repeated reports of clashes to its north, around Kupyansk and Kreminna – yet another possible angle for a better-prepared Ukrainian force to advance. The aim is to force Russia into uncomfortable choices about where to send reinforcements.
Ukraine’s top commander, General Valerii Zaluzhnyi, may not yet know where he will sink the bulk of his newly trained and equipped forces. Some estimates suggest only a quarter of Ukraine’s fresh units, bolstered by NATO training and supplies, are now in the fight. Zalyuzhnyi has said nothing about his plans yet. He may be waiting to see where ammunition and resupply worsens first, or where Russia appears unwilling to sink extra reserves.
The wait is not without political cost. Kyiv needs to cement a change in the frontlines to validate the huge investment in its forces made by NATO. It should be acutely aware that elections in several countries over the next two years will likely alter the West’s appetite to bankroll Ukraine’s defense, regardless of how unwavering the West’s public commitments are. There is a risk that the background rumble of peace talks comes to the fore in winter, and Ukraine finds itself settling into a stalemate of the boundaries established by this November.
President Zelensky addressed this concern in his BBC interview. “Some want some sort of Hollywood movie but things don’t really happen that way,” he said.
Yet there is reason for optimism in Ukraine’s capital. Last summer, silence and gridlock eventually turned into a Russian collapse around Kharkiv. The withdrawal from Kherson showed too that Moscow was still then able to recognize realities and react to them. Putin’s top brass will have learned from last year’s defeats, and he likely will be enormously emotional about the fate of Crimea.
But, as the world has seen in graphic detail, the Russian military’s failings are abundant and losses horrific – and any steep tactical learning curve will not have been matched by a similar improvement in training and equipment. Russia has one option, to endure and hope this winter cements the survival of its current occupation. Ukraine has many choices ahead of it, and a significant surplus of resources to pounce on opportunities, even as the clock is now loudly ticking.

Russia: Bombs civilian targets at will and with no military objective other than to deplete and divert air defenses. Blows a dam in order to stop UA counteroffensive around Kherson in order to free forces to shore up defensive positions in the east and then bombs rescue boats and refuses to allow UN access to disaster victims. Refuses to provide Red Cross access to POWs (Ukraine does allow Red Cross access to RU POWs) and has a systematic policy of torture, starvation, denial of medical care and summary executions of UA POWs. Appears to be planning to use tactical nuclear weapons if it loses ground against UA's counter offensive. Threatens Moldova with invasion for having a government that is wanting to join the West. Has a private military contractor raiding natural resources from African nations in order to fund sending a prisoner army to certain death in "meat waves" to capture a small city on the front lines in east Ukraine. But if this stops Ukrainian soldiers from wearing badges with an iron cross, then I guess as a famous Russian once said, "the ends justify the means".

Russia is a Nazi state (more Nazis than EVERY OTHER COUNTRY COMBINED!) because Putin embraced Nazism in Russia for more than 25 years. It's insanely ironic how Putin calls Ukrainians 'Nazis' and overlooks Russia, the biggest Nazi-infested sh*thole on planet earth. Every dead Russian soldier is step closer to global peace. Good thing Ukraine is doing God's work and turning Russian soldiers into meat puddles every single day.

Few commenters seem to realize that Russia hasn't even started using its airforce and navy seriously. Let alone hit some big soft targets to work the Ukrainian moral a bit. Stricyly strategic targets, although the trick of placing artillery in apartment buildings and malls was no longer rewarded with sparing those positions.

Imagine Russia would make it a goal to do to Ukraine what Ukraine did to its "own" seperatist cities. Air raids, maximum carnage, level as many residential buildings as possible... Would it be complex or hard for the Russian airforce to level the governmental bits of Kiev, if they actually wanted to draw that blood and take delivery of the city without its admin in place?

It's all taking so long because Russia wants to spare lives. Meanwhile, NATO does all they can to hide the obvious nazi ideologies keeping the UKR efforts going (and get things started in 2014), and makes it all about nuclear war, the last thing Russia wants. NATO already under "Nobel PEace Prize" Obama, in his own words, promoted the idea of a pre-emptive strike. Nuke the heck out of all soft targets in Russia, and then daw up a rocket shield to laugh at the silly Russians who'd try to retaliate. Good luck with that "shield" when those hypersonic missiles get taken out of storage... No need for nukes to be on board anyway.

Has any "agressor" ever been as peaceful and calm as Russia's been? If adding Ukraine to Russia were the prime objective, does anyone think they'd be so soft about it, spare every cute nazi's life?
