    Let's not throw an outlier out there. Be objective sprints, hurdles, relays, and jumps is the way to go.

    Didn't Stanford do that too? It's not an outlier. If your distance program is good enough, you can get a trophy. Points are points.

    Sure, it doesn't happen every year but it happens.

    Great! Now we know each staff should be able to have as many distance or sprints coaches as they need. Despite how much each of you know about putting a staff together, I think they will be fine.

    now onto jobs!
