Anyone who pays for investing advice as to where and when to put your money into equities is being ripped off.
Nobody knows what the market will do, tomorrow, or the next week, month, year, or decade. And hence their "expertise" is non -existent. So any dollar paid to them is a dollar wasted.
Indexing all the way. Best way to get all of the best. Cost is cheap. If it goes down, so does everybody else. There is comfort in loses when it is shared with others.

Yes, you have time. If you sell today you will be much better off than if you would have taken the advice of some 3 years ago. They called it way to early. Sell today, and reap your rewards you've accumulated since 2015 or hopefully earlier.
