I’m not sure why federal agents don’t just start executing suspected tattooed illegal immigrants on the spot. They can save the $6 million and the cost of the flights. It’s not like they will respect the courts that rule against them.

You forgot the part where in 2019, the judge that denied his application for asylum granted a withholding of removal only order that barred the US from deporting him to El Salvador. There was NO risk of staying, as he was here legally until a judge ruled otherwise. That didn’t happen.

How long did it take for Trump to start deporting non citizens without due process to a gulag prison in El Salvador against a judge' order? Then ignore a unanimous SCOTUS decision to bring back the most wrongfully sent person. He is already illegally detaining lawyers at airports who have represented people that have opinions he does not like. Now he is talking about deporting US citizens to the gulag prison. The next logical step is try that. If there is not immediate backlash, shooting people in the street for dissent will likely follow.
