Five star review on Amazon: This book provides great insight in to the fascinating world of politics. VP Harris has shown an ability to go blow for blow with the biggest names in politics and Hollywood. The story of her early childhood where a poor Indian, Black, Hispanic, Asian child faces then overcomes the scourge of both racism and sexism is quite moving. She has faced challenge after challenge with her eyes and mouth wide open. She speaks to the masses of forgotten, downtrodden people from the mansions of wealthy Hollywood celebrities to the Whitehouse. She spits truth and occasionally will swallow her pride in the defense of the defenseless. Her knees show the scars she has amassed crawling over the obstacles she has mounted and overcome in her brilliant ascension to power. I recommend this book to any woman seeking to dominate her profession and serving the needs of her fellow men and woman....

Achievements of Kamala Harris book review: Reviewed in the United States on October 7, 2024
I tried to find this at Barnes and Noble. The nice old lady working there told me it had to be moved to the "fictional" side of the store after numerous complaints by customers. The Forward was great- almost had the reader on their knees eagerly anticipating what was going to pop out next. Fortunately there was more to come. Chapter one started out slow, but by the end, it was pretty evident that this wasn't about a person willing to take the traditional ladder to success. No-sir- this person was all about social networking with those that could quickly advance her career only after a few late night meetings. Chapter 2 was about knowing your audience and working the crowd. She was brilliant at adjusting her accent and even tweaking her heritage to help her audiences better identify with the many challenges and turmoil her upper middle class experienced. Cant imaging anyone survived that kind of environment. Chapter 4 lists her many accomplishments. Very clever of the author mostly blank spaces to inspire the reader to research and write in their own findings. This may be somewhat advanced thought for most 8-17 year old readers though who are the target audience. And those that do- its kind of like sending someone on a treasure hunt with no known treasure to be found. I wont spoil the rest of the book- just enough to wet your mouth for more to come. Though the twist at the end cant be ignored. Using your mouth to get to where you are and then once you reach that point, keeping it closed as much as possible. Pretty deep meditation there.48 -

The best thing for the Dems would be for her to lose so they can quickly toss her aside and move on to a candidate that has a chance in 4 years. Trump, if elected, is immediately a lame duck, so the campaign to succeed him will start ASAP.

This was easy. Biden could’ve come out hard on immigration from day 1, and very overtly put Kamala in charge of it in the news cycle incessantly. Instead he used it as his primary gaslighting issue for three years before he realized it was costing him politically and he needed a bipartisan compromise. Only then did he get his somewhat toothless bill, replete with Ukraine and Israel funding at the 11th hour. Sorry Charlie, that’s not how it works. Not after a three year invasion (insurrection?).
Conservatives will embrace immigration, a reasonable path to citizenship and de facto amnesty once the bleeding is stopped. Nobody I know has a problem with a legal path to citizenship that doesn’t needlessly and carelessly drain our resources, like the FEMA diversions. The patient is bleeding out in the ER, hmmmm, should we do an MRI and echocardiogram on him first do ya think or should we stop the bleeding?
If Biden/Kamala would’ve simply been more draconian on border policy, and had the administration and media not hidden how bad off Biden was up until the debate and run an actual primary with an actual desirable candidate who people could respect and get excited about, they would be pulling away, no problem. multiple Republican leaders told us that Trump wants chaos on the border so he can campaign on it. Trump made them kill a tough bipartisan border bill BECAUSE THE BILL WOULD HAVE WORKED TO STOP THE CHAOS.
