Trump ignored previous subpoena.
Obama did what was requested. Trump did not do what was requested, so they subpoenaed records. Trump ignored the first legal subpoena. He broke the law. If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.

Pence is not the enemy and neither is the FBI. Be sure to distinguish between the FBI and how the FBI is being used by those in charge. Members of the FBI are law enforcement agents doing what they are told. It is fair to question how the agency is being used, but don't vilify the agents.

6) Trump supposedly to others, "Those are not theirs, they are mine."
7) Discussion with Trump and his lawyers to get the missing items back goes nowhere.
8) Subpoena sent.

10) Second subpoena sent.
11) Trump - [crickets]
12 Search warrant asked for and granted and search warrant served.
The above is bad enough, and it's what we KNOW. There are rumors of a mole, of perhaps video that made the DOJ nervous, and at least a couple of experts are saying they think some audio may come about at some point.
The FBI is enforcing the law. If we don't enforce the law, we have chaos.
