So the story of a guy who’s finished 4th finishing 3rd is more interesting than the story of a guy who’s finished 2nd finally winning AND breaking the stadium record of the American record holder and silver medalist? Color / country of origin has nothing to do with it?

Day 3 is over. If people moving on to related issues bothers you so much maybe you should bring this up with your therapist at your next session and see if he thinks that maybe you're wound too tight.

If the prosthetics manufacturers solve the start problem, namely, that the start is very, very awkward and slow right now, then a guy like Blake Leeper is going to beat the world record. If you watch it, the motion really is not that similar to the running competition with the long, bouncy prosthetics. You really have to close this door quickly before the 400/800 and long jump records are all owned by prosthetics runners.

Fred Kerley ran a tremendous race. I learned a lot from their interviews. Fred had a tremendous year in 2017 but he then went to Arizona and trained with Altis in 2018, won the DL final but didn't break 44, then he went back to Alleyne Francique this year and he is running just as well again. He is very angry about the criticism but the fact is that he looked like the next great 400m runner in 2017, lost something in 2018 as his training wasn't right for him, and now he is all that once again. As for Norman, it turns out that he had an injury, lost 10 days of practice and still ran 43.79. So, he might well still have that shot at the world record later on if he is healthy the next two months. He has a completely different attitude, very positive. I hope they both run very well at World's.

College blade runners compete in 1600 relay. That is not run in lanes.

The first lap and then some is no longer run in lanes? Do the blade guys run anything other than lead off? How many college guys are we talking about?
