That's 2.34 years or 27 month

So Sandra is ready to start December 2019.

The problem is that nobody knows Sandra Vi and she doesn't seem to do anything to change that. Having just Trasie Phan work her magic in blowing up the running greatness of Sandra didn't work.

Corporations didn't buy it. So there will be no big sponsorship they hoped for.

At the end there was nothing there to begin with. Sandra Vi might be able to run across the country but not in record fashion. She is just not a good enough runner for that. Lacking all the experience she would need for that.

Just look at Mimi Anderson who will run across the US soon. She has a very long list of accomplishments. Sandra not so much.

At the end it all comes down to the cold hard facts.

If you ask for money, people ask why Sandra needs $90000 to run across the US? That is a fair question.

Of course you can ask for all the money you want, but that does not mean people will give it to you. You have to be reasonable and explain why you are fundraising x amount.

Jesus! It's not a relay event! I didn't know she was planning to take so many unnecessary people. No wonder Sandra is asking for so much money. This is just way too bloated.

I can't imagine all of them will join Sandra.

I don't think this was a scam. Just a too ambitious project of a too ambitious marketing lady.

Let's hope Sandra will do another attempt on a Trans America crossing in the near future. If the project is a little smaller it might work since the main planning work is done.

$90,000 tells most people it's a scam.

Here's how much it costs to rent a 4 person RV with a toilet and shower for 60 days. With the $0.45 charge per mile, the cost comes out to about $6200 for renting the RV plus whatever you spend on gas. I imagine that there should only be a total of 4 people doing the transcon with Sandra and not a whole entourage of 10 people.
