Female Olympic athletes have been disqualified or banned from the women's competition for having too high of testosterone levels, so I feel the same standards should apply for high school and collegiate competition.

2 things.
1. Testosterone allows you to develop more muscle mass and strength. This allows you to run faster. Even if there is no correlation between using testosterone boosters as a PED in men, the natural levels of testosterone found in the male body are absolutely an advantage when compared to women.
2. Even if you dsagree with the above statement, the fact of the matter is men are faster than women. For whatever reason, men have a biological advantage. There needs to be some standard we can point to so that competition is fair for everyone.

The CAS ruling only applies to intersex athletes and not transgender ones. If you really had a clue you'd know the difference.
The new IOC transgender guidelines are pretty much just as Dong suggested. Trans women need to keep their T below a specific value.
If you actually read the thread, you would know that I posted earlier saying that I do not think transgender Male to females should be allowed to participate in female sports.

The only way it would be fair is if they were post-op, and on female hormones. In other words, no testosterone produced by their nuggets in the system, because they no longer have nuggets.

The parents' job in this situation is to foster creativity in the child without instilling harmful values. For instance: my kid thinks he is Spiderman. Great. If he tries to climb down the side of a building, though, it is my job to teach him the difference between his perception and reality.
