I forgot to add that there are a lot of sprinters whose performance increase parallels when igf-1 lr3 came on scene for track & field athletes around 2007/8 and dropped off in 2013/14 when test became available. In case you haven't noticed, there are not that many 9.7s for men or 10.7s for women anymore. I mentioned in my previous post that it does not benefit endurance athletes, that is incorrect, it does benefit MD athletes especially women. With all of that said, it is not that easy to detect even with the BP if an athlete can go months with no OOC testing.

Btw, I get a lot of info from bodybuilding sites where they openly discuss PEDs.

Good observation. Not to mention all the sub 3:33, sub 13:00 US men as well as sub 15 US women that all started popping up around the same time. 2008, 2009, it seems, is when American men and women decided I'm going to start running injury free and compete with doped east Africans.

The court understood this, and reduced her ban from two years to one year, because she convinced the court that it was an accident.

The headline is misleading. Out of the hundreds of Japanese males who have run sub 2:11.00 marathon, none was ever convicted of doping. Hard work and focus only with massive mileage and repeat kms at target pace. The Japanese way. Most Japanese are too honest to resort to those shortcuts.
