I guess Sean did stay gold....after "tooling" the field in the 5K. Not bad for a 4:23/9:47 high school guy. The kid's putting together one hell of a season and I'm sure his expectations are high for outdoors as well. The SOCON as a whole is really moving forward (Kirwa's race at NCAAs in Cross, Moen's 8:05 this indoors...)
