Well, he made the final, which means he makes the relay pool which means he's gonna be going to Paris. 2x gold in the relays last year, world indoor silver, and world relays gold have pretty much secured his spot on one of the relays. Those US relay coaches really like him.

I was thinking the same thing… I’m a big Kate Grace fan, but the replays make it look like she didn’t have any feet over the actual finish line, but that she started falling to the inside before her feet crossed the line ..?
The rule is any part of the torso must break the plane of the finish line. Feet, nose, arms don't count.
