So not being able to have legal abortions isnt going to prevent all abortion nor is it going to prevent unprotected sex. It will however increase the need for government assistance. So instead of tax dollars paying for abortions your tax dollars will help raises millions of children.
Looks like my body my choice is not something America has, maybe it should be my government their choice, time to queue for mandatory Covid jabs and handing over the guns…. Oh wait, no that’s my choice and the government can’t interfere.
What a backward country, any where else in the world it would be considered a failed state

Here’s a hint: Some things are expressly written into the constitution and some things are not. Can you guess which one in your example is an expressly written constitutional right and which are not?
Ive never seen people migrating in droves to a failed state.
Whats next, reinstate slavery. C Thomas (who is an uncle Sambo and thinks he is white) should be ashamed of himself. Uncle sambo is the true term for uncle tom.

So how many times did the abortion issue come up at the table when they were writing the constitution?
Dred Scott was also a precedent. Just like Plessy.
Thats true, but unlike Roe, the Court did not overrule either of those precedents. In Dred Scott, the Court's holding that slaves have no rights, even in non slave states, was nullified by the passage of the 13th and 14th Amendments, and in Brown v. Board of Education, the Court said only that Plessy's separate but equal doctrine applied to public transportation, not public education.
FWIW, the same basic idea that supports overruling Roe supports allowing transgender athletes to compete: although we want to provide protections for women from men, their rights as women can themselves be forced to yield in order to protect the rights of even more vulnerable groups (the unborn and transgender individuals)

Here’s another hint: there are ways to amend the constitution. The Supreme Court is not the legislative branch. When roe v Wade was decided, the Supreme Court overstepped their bounds in their decision. That’s all this ruling says. It gets sent back to the states to decide what to do, as it should be.
Dont like it? Start contacting your state reps and working towards amending the US constitution. There are correct ways to go about this.
STOP LYING. Even the most republican states are going to allow abortions in cases where the mother's health is at risk. They will also allow abortions in the case of rape or incest.
That’s not true at least not in my state. All abortions are illegal no exceptions. If it’s an ectopic pregnancy you’re pretty much just dead. I’m hoping this gets fixed but that’s the status of the law as of 10AM this morning.
