Semihaze- there are some weird people on here. You may be the creepiest of them. Unless you are a relative of someone on NCState, then I will give you a break.
The regional is the one I worry about. People tripping or falling like in the 1500. Tuohy ran a perfect race. Stayed in front, stayed out of trouble. Pulled a bunch of runners ro PRs.

Tuohy and Valby worked well together to break 15:30, with Tuohy looking extremely smooth FTW in 15:27. Bush looked out of it, but wow never underestimate her kick. Her last 2 5ks she has had something to prove (ACC rough 800 final, prelims here failed to advance in 1500), but came back with vengeance to grab the last auto Q (67 last lap fastest of the field!). Tuohy, Shaw, Bush, Steelman, AND Starliper all advance. Amazing return for Starliper, never could get sub 4:23 in the 1500 after 3 attempts, then runs 16:01 at ACC and smashed that today in 15:37 for the final qualifier to Eugune!

She pulled a lot of team mates to nationals. Several of them PR'd by quite a bit. I am so glad that Hannah Steelman ran so well. There seemed to be a big imbalance between heat 1 and 2. Mercy blew heat 1 away, and was not high up overall. I will be nervous watching the final. It will be an intense race.
its going to be so amazing to see FIVE nc state wolfpack runners in oregon!!!
if jill would still talk about lauren gregory and her kick and byu being the top distance program .. im really gonna make a petition for ncaa to fire her

Incredible display of team tactics. Great job by Tuohy to stay under the pace of the first heat and help get those two extra time qualifiers for her teammates. Then take off and win it easily. Perfect execution. So happy to see Steelman and Bush qualify after the disappointments in earlier races and Shaw and Starliper also qualifying. Great team effort!

I personally enjoy the enthusiasm that Semihaze brings to these boards. What is creepy and weird is someone who polices someone else's legitimate enthusiasm for something that is not hurting a thing. Being a huge fan of an awesome runner is a weird that I can get behind!

chelangat was just worrying about herself lol .. 2nd heat was team running on the side of the wolfpack
Lmaooo, Ofili and Steiner neck and neck??? Julien Alfred and ofili are the clear favourites in the 100m. The former slightly moreso than the latter. Girl ran the fastest time of the day 11.02 into a -1.3 headwind.
No telling what can happen in a race, but that is some smoking time from Ofili, when she didn’t need it. Boss.
Interesting, because I have always felt that Steiner burned herself out during rounds. If Ofili’s doing this within herself, then she is clearly ahead of Steiner, IMO.
