Boston Marathon Course Shut down tomorrow

If you want your run/race interrupted by the Police then go ahead.

I actually was born in Newton, grew up on Elwin Rd. in Natick as my parents went to BC and am home.

This is incorrect information. Water stop on Facebook is set up at Teddy Bear if you want to support your fellow man. Stop being sheep. Running does not spread the virus. You are fear-mongering. 1) the courts are not open on Tuesday. Right now, if one stupidly ends up in jail, they will be there indefnitely. 2) police have been ordered to not approach anyone, including someone in the midst of crime.

Okie, or perhaps our actions will prove that there is nothing wrong with running marathons? Have you ever considered that? You seem to be a control freak. Stop trying to control this. People will run tomorrow on the course if you want them to or not. Learn to control what you can and what you cannot.

What’s the point? It won’t be the correct course, you won’t have a legit time, and you are putting others at risk.

That's nice. But big difference running Sunday versus Patriot's day. No one's running it tomorrow without getting sanctioned.

Agree.

BAA already told these guys not to run. BAA could look at select segments. If the press goes the wrong way, expect these runners to be banned in future years.

These guys WILL put it on Strava. They can't help themselves. It's part of their motivation to show off.
