He ran at Easter Michigan up until 2017 . At eastern he made NCAAs 3 times outdoors (twice in steeple, once in 5k) but never made the final . He also made the 4k indoors one year. He had collegiate pbs of: 800 1:53.25 5000 13:43.06 1500 3:47.09 10,000 29:04.92 MILE 4:02.61 3000S 8:40.60 3000 7:56.04 Ran 13:31 last summer (9th at USAs), and 28:28 for 10,000 (11th at USAs). Ran 7:45 earlier this year in Boston. To be fair to Murphy, he'd already won the 800 earlier. Yes, but that was at a meet in Boston, and then his 3:39 1500 was at Bryan Clay Invite, so not on soil.
