0.5% of athletes tested are caught; estimates of actual doping exceed 50%. Assuming doping seems a fairly safe option.

What a shitty way of living; to make each and everyone carry the burden of being a cheater based on the assumption that 50 or slightly more out of 100 are a doper. Guess you find it fair and square if the police just assume by color and statistics alone that a black person is a filthy criminal?

But why people are being surprised when americans are being outclassed in long running distance? That has always been the case. They are not among the first countries in the picking orders.

America's two best performances on the the marathon are 81th and 137th (all time results).

East african beatin america at long distance is the normal and sane situation. Do you expect america to dominate sprint, long distance, throws, jumping and being superior in all sports to the rest of the world?

America is the worst country for doping it's an absolute fact.

america's talent pool does not gravitate towards long distance running. They play soccer, volleyball, 12 months of basketball, etc.

From 3600m to 8600m, the seven women I stated raced that portion in about 15 minutes. I am not discussing the final 1600m. Are you telling me the US & European runners were physically unable to race at 15 minute pace for the 5000m from 3600m to 8600m?

Considering that few or nine of them has raced under 15:00 fresh under better conditions this year? I would say they were indeed physically unable to match that pace for that distance and continue to the finish. Considering that these are three of the most experinced and decorate runners we have, I trust their judgment over those of an anonymous couch-dweller.

No, but that 25 pounds or so if muscle he lost as soon as testing started is.

7 out of the top 8 marathon times this year now belong to Ethiopians.

If it wasn't for the cheater shoes, would Kenyan times be actually going backwards even in the marathon?

There is a Kenyan at my work now. I talk to her and it’s not like they love running. These pros are motivated to escape poverty. Total population of Kenya and Ethiopia is 155M people. That’s a lot of people. And there are aren’t many sporting options for them either. Running, soccer?

Not quite. Farah does his "serious" training in Ethiopia. Also, Wilson was already busted, but she is not Russian so she was allowed to run.

Last night Sifan splits a 3:59 final 1500 (3 seconds off the American record in the stand alone 1500) in a race 6 times the distance (not in vaporflys) last week the Half marathon record gets crushed, today 3 men all run 2:03 or faster. So what is it ? These Africans are all doping or Africans have suddenly mutated to be better in distance running while Americans have got worse? We aren’t even remotely competitive anymore.

I’m one of the biggest fans of distance running and it’s not even fun anymore watching all these Africans run seemingly impossible times knowing something isn’t right.

The Key Stone is the the answer here. Runners are activating it in order to Mega Evolve into superior runners. Of course only Elites can use a Key Stone because you have to have a certain number of major victories before Mega Evolution is unlocked.
