Women who train in a martial art can easily beat the average guy.

I know a few women who train in martial arts and can beat an average guy. I mean, you wouldn't want to mess with them. I even saw once how one of them beat an average guy, so I know what I'm saying. This woman has been training in karate for 15 years, and she knows how to defend herself. As for myself, I don't have any training, nor the time for it. So one of these women recommended me to watch a system of techniques called Combat Fighter. I found its review here honestreviewsonline.org and it got my interest (a very good review, by the way). So I started watching them, and I can say that they're not bad at all. I wish I knew about them when I was 20 years old. Not that I want to get in trouble or anything but I think these techniques will help me (along with some luck) when I'll need them.
