18:53 5k PR in HS.
No running from 2001 to 2017, but walked 1-2 miles a day.
2017-ran 1:45 for first half, on no more than 35 mpw. 3 10-milers.
2018-ran 1:39:02 for second half, on no more than 38 mpw. 3 10-milers and 1 11-miler.
2019-ran 1:42 because I went out too fast, but no more than 33 mpw, and only 180 miles in 6 weeks.
My goal is to run 3:40 in my first marathon this fall. I run 50-55 mpw now and have run 18 so far in my long run.
I'm curious to know how I'll do, plus I've done 2 5ks and speedwork weekly, as well as a tempo and my LR.
