Of course there are. You just have to look for them. I am so happy that he is still in a good condition despite his age, and maybe that's why he is still able to run at an age like that. My grandparents were athletes and I couldn't belive my eyes that they were still running at the age of 80, together, every morning. After a while, they couldn't do it anymore and asked me and my sister to start looking for a nursing home. Firstly, I was pretty upsed that they have asked us to do this, but then I understood why. We have families and we couldn't take care of them anymore

I think I may remember this thread, that the limit was frustrating but gotten around by jigging with the incline?
