Agreed. As a libertarian, spinach (and most veggies for that matter) should be banned. It's just too dangerous to have around our children.

Nobody suggested eating 4 kg spinach. Rather, the ecdysterone amount extracted from spinach into pill form equalled that of 4 kg spinach. Also, spironolactone is a drug ending in '-one' that increases survival in select heart failure patient. The rule, however facetious, doesn't work.

I thought this was another interesting story basically everyone has DHEA, it is a hormone. So like Testosterone everyone has different levels. I could walk into my local shop, even Walmart and buy a bottle of dhea then next day compete and get popped.

Few years ago there was a world class OCR who claimed to have thought they were taking DHA(Omega 3) and Not DHEA but ended up as having dhea and was disqualified. It seems like said athlete must have been taking a really high dose. To me it seems like the Carnitine test where if blood volume was so high then it would tell testers you injected abnormal amount.

There's so much out there, these high snobriety masters triathletes are stacking synthetic testosterone with dhea and since it's TUE they think nothing of it.

You are confused. No one has a TUE for testosterone. They are just cheating and hoping the don’t get tested.
