Neither this shoe, nor the latest Razor was available to "any" Skechers Athlete" , "some" may have had a an opportunity, but not all. So I don't know where you are getting your info from but it's just not the case. There had been talk of new racing flats, lots of text messages with pics of "in the works" shoes, some with carbon fiber plates, some with out.

The reason you saw lots of Skecher's Kits on athletes who were also wearing VF4% is because a letter/email was sent to all athletes.....but of course you know what was in the letter...right?

The letter prior to CIM well NDA. And yes correction not "any athlete" a better choice would have been Premier athlete as Lionel Sanders and Ches have been training in them since last May there is more but I'm withholding because their respective media never showed and as an investor of SKX I want to remain constructive.

There's one big difference between the VF and Skechers' ripoff implementation of the VF.

Those wearing Skechers' ripoff of the VP won't develop PF.

It's going to be ironic seeing guys and gals who should be wearing the VF doing the fake version in reverse: A Nike color and Swoosh put on via El Marko.

I've been running in the Razor 3 Speed for two months and they are no VF 4%. The main problem I have with the Razors are that they are too narrow in the midfoot for most people. The thick cushioning that covers the entire sole is nice, but it is much more firm than 4%. The cushioning could be too firm if coupled with a plate in the middle....The Razors do not have any insert plate like the 4%, but the forthcoming Speed Elite Hyper will have a plate.

For some reason Skechers decided these shoes didn't need much of a outsole... which means they're slippery even when running on dry asphalt. Duh...

At first, the plan was to only make these for their elite racers. Now, they plan to sell to the general public.

Do sketchers design ugly shoes on purpose? They must. Don't see how they can be so consistently horrendous. Not just that they look bad but they are designed in ways that make you question who the f*ck thought that was a good idea.
